Tech. David in the process of removing & replacing rear brakes on Client's Toyota
It was a good thing that my Lead Service Technician David had enough time just a little while ago to handle a last minute request to perform a brake job on a new client’s 2003 Toyota Camry sedan. The client’s brakes seem to be grinding & squealing quite loudly when their being engaged. From what David’s Assessment shows, he needed to replace both the rear and front brakes. So after explaining to the client what repairs are needed- & getting the client’s confirmation to proceed with the recommended repairs; David got right to work on replacing the Front & Rear brakes. In fact, he’s just about complete now.
Once he does finish this repair, he’ll be getting started on our next Repair Service appointment we have scheduled to be performed today on the A/C system of a referred client’s 2003 Buick Park Avenue.
