Alright! I’m about to tackle a Post-Remodel / Move-In Cleaning Service for a property management client’s rental property in a neighboring Chicago city…. specifically the Leyden Township – Northlake area. The client had some drywall work done in 3 of the rooms of her 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom rental home in preparation for new tenancy; & now I have the pleasure to get it cleaned up & ready for the client to showcase it as a rental.
