I’m rolling up On-Site in Elmhurst, IL. to get started on Day #2 of this client’s ‘Initial Cleaning Service’ on her large 5 bdrm / 2.5 bathroom home.
At the last minute the client has decided to change her ‘Initial Cleaning visit’ & her Service Plan from a ‘Standard Cleaning Service’ to the next Cleaning Service level. That next Level is a ‘Custom Standard Detailed Cleaning Service’ and will include several custom & specialty cleaning duties in specific areas of her 2700 sqft. home. These changes obviously will take more time to complete- the scope of work is greater, and it costs more money.
…Well, I got to get started on completing these additional custom cleaning duties she requested….
