Well I’m just finishing up Day #2 of an ‘Initial Cleaning’ on a new client’s 5 bdrm / 2.5 bathroom home in Elmhurst!
      At first she thought a basic ‘Standard Cleaning service’ would suffice for HER huge 2700 sqft. home; until last night after we discussed some important details more in depth.  We built a plan based on her home’s building materials and her unique needs & specfications; & she’s now decided to add several custom cleaning duties in specific areas of the home. These changes converted her cleaning from a basic ‘Standard Cleaning Service’  to a ‘Standard Detailed Cleaning’ which is a more custom-tailored & detailed cleaning overall; but not quite considered a DEEP Cleaning Service. 
     So, today I got started right away on these additional duties she requested……   
◆   I physically washed, rinsed & dried all floors BY HAND on my hands & knees-   ( because streaks show up terribly on her laminate/wood flooring it HAS TO BE washed this way!! )

◆   I washed down all woodwork & baseboards by hand. 
◆   I dusted & wiped down roughly 2 dozen wooden miniblinds.
◆   I wiped down 2 dozen window sills, tracks & frames; and washed the inside of all windows.
◆   I washed the inside & outside of 2 glass french patio doors, 2 full length glass storm screen doors, 2 aluminum entry doors and all the door tracks, frames & thresholds.
◆   I dusted all light fixtures, fans, ceiling-to-wall cobwebs, etc.
… and a few more specific details as well.  Check out how shiny and clean the floors are!!  The rest of the AFTER Photos of today’s ‘Custom Standard Detailed Cleaning Service’ are amazing, with some great cleaning results; I can’t wait for y’all to see them!
There definitely was alot of work that had to be done today!  ….. But that’s just how I get down- that’s business as usual for us! I am great at what I do & I take pride in my work.

      Sometimes things like this do occur.  Clients may change their minds on what they want done or choose to add specialty cleaning duties.  If this does occur, then our Cleaning Service Plan has to be modified to accomodate to changes & to best suit the client’s needs; while still being fairly compensated for physically completing the work.  Paying special attention to the fine details & accommodating client’s custom-tailored cleaning requests requires a greater level of professionalism, dedication, patience & muscle; and is often more time consuming- especially for a larger home of this size.  
… I believe that things should be done right, the way YOU request it…. or don’t bother doing it at all.   *That’s the J.D.I. Services, Inc.’s difference!!!
