Although the whole Midwest region is still fighting through this long Winter season, Spring is very near. The Spring warm up generally stirs up the need for detailed Custom-Tailored DEEP Cleanings of homes and businesses. People commonly refer to this type of Cleaning as a “Spring Cleaning”. Our work flow tends to increase for these Customized Deep Cleaning Services, Specialty Cleaning and “Spring Cleaning” requests beginning mid to late February.
So, over the past several weeks, J.D.I. Services has been busy providing Custom Cleaning Services for residential & commercial clients in some of Chicagoland’s most beautiful neighborhoods- throughout several different West & South West suburbs.
Specifically, on Friday, 2/14/14 our Independent Maid completed a 1 Time ‘Custom Post-Remodel DEEP Cleaning Service’ on a client’s 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom Basement Apartment that was newly built in their Naperville house. Due to the obvious accumulation of remodeling dust, and this client’s allergies- this Post-Remodel Deep Cleaning included the washing of walls, ceilings, baseboards and other Specialty Cleaning requests.
The following Friday 2/21/14 we performed a 1 Time Only ‘Deep Commercial Cleaning Service’ on a client’s uniquely themed & recently opened Retail store front in downtown Arlington Heights, IL..
Just a few days later- on Tuesday, 2/25/14 we traveled to the far South West suburb of Plainfield, IL. and performed a ‘DEEP Spring Cleaning Service’ custom-tailored to our client’s specific needs, AND to their 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a finished basement.
During this same week, on Friday, 2/28/14 we welcomed a new client into our Routine Cleaning Services clientèle base! Our Independent Maid was scheduled for, & performed another ‘Custom DEEP Spring Cleaning Service’ on this client’s stunning 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Bloomingdale townhome.
This Service visit was the 1st initial Service visit in a series of ‘Routine Custom Standard Cleaning Service’ visits scheduled to be performed every 3 weeks. Many of our loyal clients have found it best to start their Routine Service Schedules out with our ‘Custom-Tailored DEEP Cleaning Services’, and continuously follow up with Routine Standard Cleaning visits at varying Return frequencies; weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, etc. But because we know that every single client is different, have unique needs and various types of properties & circumstances to consider we often accommodate client’s custom Cleaning requests for ‘1 Time Only DEEP Cleanings & Specialty Cleaning duties for things like: ‘Move-Out/In Cleanings’, ‘Post-Remodel DEEP Cleaning’, “Spring Cleanings”, and many more inidividualized cleaning requests.
The next week, we had a variety of commercial and residential Custom Cleaning Service Jobs scheduled. Last
Tuesday, 3/4/14 our Independent Maid performed a client’s ‘1 Time Only Custom Standard Detailed Cleaning’ service of several partially furnished commercial business offices & bathrooms within his Hickory Hills, IL. warehouse property. Now, with fully cleaned business offices throughout, this client can now focus on business operations & other more important duties!
Thanks to a word-of-mouth referral, this past Friday, 3/7/14 we made our way back to the Aurora area and performed an ‘Initial Custom DEEP Cleaning Service’ on a referred client’s 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house.

The client arrived back home just as we finished & were packing up our supplies, and just in time to express to us how awesome her house looked & how amazing it smelled! In fact, after a quick walk through inspection she decided to book her next Return Cleaning Service and biweekly ‘Routine Custom Standard Cleaning Service’ visits right then & there! Hooray!!
This past Sunday 3/14/14, we were booked to complete a last minute Specialty Cleaning request on a client’s rental property in the local Melrose Park neighborhood. Specifically, the client requested a ‘Custom Deep Cleaning’ of ONLY the Kitchen & 2 full Bathrooms of her 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in her multi-unit residential building. But shortly arriving onsite & getting started on this cleaning the client discovered that her previous tenants had blatantly left the apartment in worse shape then our client originally anticipated, including a flooded bathroom from an overflowed toilet .
Therefore, only about half of the cleaning service (including cleaning up the water) was able to be completed. Once the client has her plumbing issues fixed the Cleaning Services will be rescheduled.
With Spring and warmer weather just around the corner, we look forward to the increased work flow; and to accommodating our clients diverse array of Custom Cleaning Services & requests.
