Sometimes this Weather Forces Client's to Cancel Appointments- Even Though We Can Work in Such Conditions….

As Chicagoans, we know that the weather is unpredictable; and can  sometimes dictate our scheduled plans- business or personal.  Today is just one of those days for us.  Just got word from a client that she’d like to reschedule her Auto Repair appointment that’s scheduled for today because it’s just raining too hard.  So, we’ve rescheduled her appointment for tomorrow morning to have a ground wire replaced & a new battery installed in her 2004 Nissan Altima sedan.
For our Division 2  and  3 Services appointments & jobs sometimes our Technician’s schedules are dictated by the client’s desires in regards to the weather; although many times the work that’s required for that particular job CAN BE done while it’s windy, raining or snowing.  As I’ve mentioned before, we CAN & WILL work in such conditions; but sometimes the client’s just prefer to wait.  In contrast, there are often situations where the client has an urgent need for Repairs and/or Services to be performed in bad weather.  This is especially true for,  and most often occurs in Division  2; with clients needing Auto Repairs & Mobile Mechanic Services on demand. Whatever weather we are encountered with, we always try to accommodate the needs of our clients. 
Just another reason why our loyal clientele base remains strong & continues to grow!!    
Hard work, quality workmanship, honesty, integrity, transparency,  uniqueness & sustainability…. that’s the name of our game
