Well, last weekend & into this week the metro Chicago area got bombarded by subzero temperatures and a brutal blizzard that caused most schools to shut down & impedded the day-to-day business operations for many businesses regionally.
But the twenty-plus consecutive hours of falling snow, and two feet more of it on the ground DOESN’T stop Janina, nor J.D.I. Services, Inc. from providing services for our clients!…
I traveled out to Aurora, IL. to perform a ‘Post-Remodel / Move-In DEEP Cleaning Service’ in last Sunday’s Blizzard for new clients.
These client are finally ready to move her family into their new, recently gutted & rehabbed home- but it needed a full DEEP Cleaning first. With all the drywall & remodeling dust all over everything- there was a lot of work that needed to be done with very little time to spare.
These clients’ initial plan included a move-in deadline of THAT SAME DAY, but because her contractors finished the work on their new home late; this Cleaning Service was also pushed back and turned into a last-minute job. But the client still had to adhere to a move-out deadline at their old home which meant their new home HAD TO be cleaned & ready for them to move in that day.
So, I got right to work on this job…
Because this home was just gutted & rehabbed- the walls, baseboards, doors, moldings, sills, cabinets, etc. on all 3 floors were covered with a layer of remodeling dust…. so I thoroughly cleaned & wiped them all down.
From there I moved onto performing a DEEP Custom Cleaning on the kitchen & bathrooms; and the remaining areas & rooms of the home… and I was making great time!
Just as I was finishing up the last duties of this Cleaning Service the clients arrived back onsite with their first load of belongings & were ready to move them into some of the rooms. Their timing was perfect!, and their home looked & smelled amazing!
Additionally, they were so grateful that I was able to accommodate their urgent cleaning needs without any delays. Now they can focus on settling into their new home instead of having to worry about cleaning it!
I’m glad that I was able to help make these clients lives a little less stressful & chaotic during a very busy time in their lives! I’m also excited to say that because the quality & results of the Cleaning Service I performed was beyond the clients expectations- they have booked biweekly Return Cleaning Services to routinely maintain the Cleaning of their new home. I’m looking forward to building a solid & long-term business relationship with these clients!
